Obama: Whiner in Chief

Either it is because my parents drilled into me not to be a whiner while growing up, or it is part of my DNA, but I cannot tolerate whiners.

Whiners are chronic complainers. They complain about anything and everything; the weather, their work, the people they work with, the waitress, the food and on and on. They remember every perceived slight and build on them to whine more.

Whiners are generally petty, jealous people who blame other people for anything that has ever gone wrong it their life. It is never, ever their fault, not even a little bit. They do not just say the complaint and be done with it.  They get nasal and draw out the words.  Annoying, unbecoming and embarrassing.

There have always been whiners. But somewhere between the time I was growing up and now it seems as if whining has become a reflex emotion among democrats. The further to the left they are, the more they whine.

It is one thing when the whiner is a sister in law who would not have any personality if she did not whine.

It is something else when the whiner is, oh, let us say the leader of the Senate, Harry Reid. It is scary to think someone like him rose to such a high position. He is a liar and a whiner and judging his questionable land deals with his sons in Nevada, a crook. Gee, what a surprise.

Several years ago he singled out Rush Limbaugh as not supporting the US Troops. He even had a proclamation written to denounce Rush. He sent a letter to, who he thought, were Rush's bosses telling them to chastise Rush.

Obviously, Dingy Harry, (Rush's pet name based on Clint Eastwood's Dirty Harry) never listened to Mr. Limbaugh's program or he would have known Rush is a big supporter of the troops and even went to Afghanistan to visit with some of them.

Then there is Nancy. Does she ever talk without whining?

But the whiner in chief, and a true embarrassment to our country, is Obama. The leader of the free world is supposed to do just that, lead, not be petty and sniveling like the school yard bully who cries when someone finally punches back.

He whines about Rush (big surprise) as did Bill Clinton. He whines about FOX News and tells people not to watch them or listen to talk radio.

Earlier this week there were five or six TV reporters who were supposed to interview one of BO's toadies. The White House spokesperson said everybody could go in except the reporter from Fox News. To my surprise, the other networks said if Fox cannot go in, neither will we. Reluctantly, they let Fox in.

The other networks are so in the bag for Obama I thought they would be gleeful to have Fox kicked out. Evidently, there were some adults who realize, FOX today, who goes tomorrow?

If only we had adults running this country instead of whiny spoiled brats who not only do not want to share their marbles, but expect you to give them all of yours. If you don't, they will take them.

Ah, Mr. President, despite your best efforts to quickly turn this country into something along the lines of Chavez's Venezuela, we still (for now) have free speech and freedom to choose to listen, or turn off the radio or TV if we do not want to hear someone, like you.
